Richard K. Phillips, 58, of Harvey's Lake died unexpectedly at his home on December 6, 2020.
Born September 24, 1962 in Lapeer, Michigan he was a son of Richard Morse and Sharon Wilcox Tilghman.
Rick was a self-employed contractor.
Rick enjoyed living life to its fullest. He touched all of your lives in a way only he could do.
His mother, Sharon Tilghman; step-father, C. Roberts Tilghman; sister, Tammy Noaker; brother, Howard Phillips; sister, Jackie McLean; brother, Mickey Morse; nieces, nephews, other family and friends will greatly miss him.
Rick's family will celebrate his life privately for now. There will be a party at the lake in the Spring to celebrate his life together.
