Mary Panzitta Rosto, 69, of Bear Creek Village, died peacefully at home on October 12, 2026. She will be missed by her devoted husband of nearly fifty years, Michael Rosto; daughter Elizabeth Rosto Sitko and her husband Matthew; and grandchildren Julien and Mia Sitko of Plymouth Meeting.

Born May 12, 1957 in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of Rose Marie and the late Joseph Panzitta. Mary graduated from Bishop Hoban High School and attended King's College, where she studied business and accounting. She worked for many years as the office manager for the family business, Panzitta Enterprises, in Wilkes-Barre.

Mary volunteered and fundraised for several community organizations, including King's College, Friends of the Osterhout Library, and Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania. She enjoyed hosting holiday gatherings and was known for her homemade Italian specialties.

Her brother, Michael Panzitta, preceded her in death.

Her mother, Rose Marie; brothers Joseph and his wife Paula, James and his wife Colleen, and John and his wife Sandra Panzitta; sister Ann and her husband Anthony Bartolacci; sister-in-law Maribeth and her husband Thomas Ward; and other family and friends will miss her very much.

Mary's family will celebrate her life privately. Donations to your favored charity are preferred and will honor Mary's memory.
