Mark E. Meginess

Mark E. Meginess, 61, a lifelong resident of Hanover Township, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2025.

Born March 1, 1964 in Hanover Township he was the son of the late Earl G. and Patricia Cunningham Meginess.

A Hanover Area High School graduate, Mark was a supervisor of the loss prevention department of OfficeMax before retiring.

Mark was formerly a Shriner of Irem Temple.

His wife, the former Eva Partika; daughters Andi and her husband Robert Speicher, Kelli Meginess, and Christine and her husband Dustin Carpenter; grandchildren Robbie and Aubrie Speicher, and Lyanna and Ryan Carpenter; sister Megan and her husband Tony Manganaro; and other family and friends will miss him very much.

Celebration of Mark's Life takes place at McLaughlin's, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, with visitation beginning at 11 AM, followed by a prayer service at noon.
