Kathleen Mimnaugh Stetler

Kathleen Mimnaugh Stetler, 66, of Palmerton, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026.

Born December 21, 1959 in Colonia, New Jersey she was a daughter of the late John F. and Carol Ann McLoughlin Mimnaugh.

A loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister, Kathy dedicated her life to raising her family and working with the children of others while teaching at daycares and preschools.

Kathy was full of love, light, and life. She loved unconditionally and always saw the best in everyone she met. Her desire to help others continues with her cornea donation.

Her sister, Carol Ann Mimnaugh, and brother, William Mimnaugh, preceded her in death.

Her husband, Mark A. Stetler; daughter, Danielle Marie Stetler; sons, Jamie and his wife Ashlynn Lawrence, and John Lawrence and his wife Kaitlin Holleran; grandchildren, Briar, Beckett, and Cooper Lawrence; siblings John Mimnaugh, Erin and her husband Dave Quinn, Sharon and her husband Bill Poray, Mary and her husband Brian McNulty, Daniel and his wife Lisa Mimnaugh, and Pam Korneluk; nieces, nephews, other family and friends will miss her very much.

Celebration of Kathy’s Life begins Thursday, February 19, 2026, with visitation from 5 to 7 PM at McLaughlin’s, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre. A time of sharing will begin at 6:30 PM. It continues on Friday, February 20, 2026, with a Funeral Mass at 10 AM in the Church of Saint Maria Goretti, 46 Laflin Road in Laflin.

Donations to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation, helpfightra.org/donations , are preferred and will honor Kathy’s memory.
