Juliann Kratz

Juliann Kratz, 74, of Sugar Notch, a loving wife and mother, passed away with her husband and children at her side at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital on April 2, 2022.

Born April 28, 1947 in Wilkes-Barre she was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Yurina Jackloski.

Juliann was a graduate of West Wyoming High School and Wilkes-Barre Business College. She retired from Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania in 2010.

Her sisters, Josephine and her husband Paul Niemenski, and Florence and her husband Gerald Palmaioli, and a brother, John Jackloski, preceded her in death.

Her husband, Nicholas Kratz; son, Nicholas of West Wyoming; daughter, Joann of Sugar Notch; granddaughter, Abbey Kratz; brother, Raymond Jackloski of Swoyersville; brother-in-law, John and his wife Cathy Kratz of Ashley; sister-in-law, Mary and her husband Stanley Vitale of Glassboro, New Jersey; nieces, nephews, other family, and friends will miss her very much.

Celebration of Juliann's Life commences Thursday, April 7, 2022, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM, followed by a prayer service at 10:30 AM at McLaughlin's, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre.
