John D. ‘Jack’ Manley, 86, of Wilkes-Barre died Saturday at his residence.
Surviving are his son, John W. Manley of Harvey's Lake; granddaughter, Jacquelyn Manley of Florida; and cousin, Marie McClellan of Feasterville.
