Bernadine Gabrysh Zaikoski, 78, formerly of West Maple Street in Wilkes-Barre died Thursday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born October 22, 1935 in Ashley she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Julia Gabrysh.
Bernadine was a graduate of Ashley High School and dedicated most of her life to the care of her family.
She will be greatly missed by her husband, Leonard J. Zaikoski; son, Leonard P., his wife, Regina and their son, Alex Zaikoski of Harrisburg; sisters, Ann Rice, Eleanor Vehosky, Patricia Monte and Dolly Sikora; brother, Thomas Gabrysh; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Celebration of Bernadine’s Life will begin with visitation on Monday at 9 AM at Saint Luke’s Villa, 80 East Northampton Street in Wilkes-Barre with Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Interment will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.
