Michael Clemons, 45, of South Welles Street in Wilkes-Barre died Monday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born October 5, 1968 in Wilkes-Barre he was a son of the late Lawrence Joseph and Ruth Hayward Clemons.
A 1987 graduate of Coughlin High School, he was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Mike was a member of the Parish of Our Lady of Fatima and a communicant at the Church of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception.
He will be greatly missed by his sister, Mary Ann Clemons of Wilkes-Barre; brothers, Larry and his wife Jerri Clemons of Hanover Township, Joseph and James Clemons of Wilkes-Barre; niece, Kelli Clemons; nephews, Matthew Clemons and Ryan Richards; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Celebration of Mike’s Life will be held Wednesday at 9 AM from McLaughlin’s – The Family Funeral Service, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre with Funeral Mass at 10 AM in the Church of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception. Interment will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.
Visitation will be held at McLaughlin's on Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM.
