Mary Kerpovich, 86, of Shavertown died Wednesday following an illness.
Born August 15, 1930 in Kingston she was a daughter of the late Julian and Ann Monahan Buza.
Mary devoted her life to caring for her family. She was an avid Steelers fan.
Her husband, Theodore, daughter-in-law, Cathy Kerpovich, and a sister, Catherine Reh preceded her in death.
She will be greatly missed by her children, Gayle (Robert) Cassidy of New Jersey, Theodore (Chris Lecrone) Kerpovich and Mark Kerpovich of Shavertown, Lisa (Dwayne) Harrison of Forty Fort and Sean (Michele Holzman) Kerpovich of Drums; grandchildren, Theodore, Eileen, Matthew, Jonathon, Brian, Laura, Alyxandra, Samantha, Sarah and Cole; sister, Joan Evanko; brother, James Buza; her beloved dog, Zoey; other family and friends.
Mary’s family will celebrate her life privately.
