John Tsempales, 81, of Arlington, Virginia died Thursday at Capitol Hospice.
Born December 7, 1929 in Wilkes-Barre he was a son of the late Gus Konstantinou and Mary Valent Tsempales.
John worked for the United States Government before retiring.
John will be missed by his brother, George and his wife Roberta Tsempales of Falls Church, Virginia.
Celebration of John’s Life was held Tuesday with visitation at 9 AM at McLaughlin’s, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre with Funeral Liturgy at 10 AM in Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Interment was in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Hanover Township.
