John Joseph Budinas, 69, of Old Forge and formerly of the Hanover Section of Nanticoke passed away in the presence of his loving family on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
Born June 25, 1948 he was a son of the late Leonard and Josephine Budinas of the Hanover Section of Nanticoke. John graduated from Nanticoke High School with the Class of 1966. Upon graduation, he entered the United States Air Force and served as Sergeant from 1966 to 1972.
John was an upholsterer by trade and was most recently employed by Golden Technologies in Old Forge.
John will be remembered by family and friends as a caring, thoughtful, and loving brother, uncle and friend.
Aunts, uncles and cousins preceded him in death.
Surviving are his brothers, Leonard and his wife Mary Elizabeth of Hanover Township, Stanley and his wife Vickie of Kansas and William of Louisiana; nieces and nephew, Erin, Lynley and Jason, of whom he was very proud; and great-nieces and -nephews.
