Joan Drexinger Jones

Joan Drexinger Jones, 78, of Church Road in Mountain Top died Tuesday at her home.
Born January 31, 1933 in Wilkes-Barre she was a daughter of the late Martin F. and Catherine Becker Drexinger.
Joan was a graduate of Saint Nicholas High School.
Mrs. Jones was employed in the collections office of GMAC in Kingston, and later worked at RCA in Mountain Top for several years.
Her husband, Arthur D. Jones died November 10, 2008.
Surviving are her children: Jill Jones of Mountain Top and Arthur and his wife Ann Jones of Mountain Top; three grandchildren; brothers, Robert Drexinger of Allentown, and Donald Drexinger of Smyrna, Delaware
Celebration of Joan’s Life will be held Saturday at 4 PM at McLaughlin's Family Funeral Service, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre. Private interment will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.
Visitation will be held at McLaughlin’s on Saturday from 1 to 4 PM.
