Catherine Casey Morio, 99, formerly of Hughes Street in Wilkes-Barre died Saturday at Nottingham Village in Northumberland.
Born April 9, 1910 in Ashley she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Annette Kreidler Casey.
Before retiring Catherine was a private duty practical nurse.
Catherine was a former member of the Parish of Saint Patrick.
Her husband, Theodore J. Morio died in 1958.
Surviving are her son: Theodore J. Morio, Jr. and his wife Marilou of Shamokin Dam, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Celebration of Catherine’s Life will be held Tuesday at McLaughlin's Family Funeral Service, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.
