Catherine Yalestko, 66, of Wilkes-Barre passed away Wednesday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born April 24, 1949 in Wilkes-Barre she was a daughter of the late Peter and Catherine Jones Chopak.
Her son, Harry Yaletsko and sisters, Susan Chopak, Carol Germak and Mary Golden preceded her in death.
Catherine will be greatly missed by her children, Susan, Andrew and David Yaletsko of Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren, Cloe Morgan and Josh and Bryan Yaletsko; sister, Sheila Patton; brothers, Daniel and Peter Chopak; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Catherine's family celebrated her life privately.
